• General inspection of the interior including furniture, appliances, doors and windows. (we can email digital photographs).
• General inspection of the exterior including windows, doors, roof, yard and fences.
• Verify temperature setting of the heating and air conditioning systems as required.
• Check hot water tank. 
• Check A/C condensate drain.
• Check air handler and air filter.
• Check water lines under bathroom vanities, kitchen sink, etc. for possible
• leaks.
• Flush toilets.
• Remove dead bugs.
• Replace air filter monthly or as needed.
• Check mail and remove papers and ads. 
• Provide notification of each inspection via e-mail, mail, fax or phone.
• Start owner's vehicle once per month.
• Schedule cleaning service as directed by owner.
